Estaría bien que los trabajadores cobrarán acorde con su servicio. Es decir Villa y estos chicos que valen. QUE LES INCENTIVEN CON UN SALARIO MEJOR ACORDE CON LAS VENTAS .Para que no termine la gente joven llendose a trabajar a otro sitio.
